Located in Portland’s Clinton neighborhood, this four bedroom, two bath home was remodeled from top to bottom. It was a fixer that had been gutted of all original charm, even the original trim and doors had been removed. The vision was to restore the character of the craftsman while also weaving in a modern look. We revitalized the built-ins, refinished the original fir floors on the second story with a whitewashed look to match the hardwoods on the first floor, and replaced the windows, doors, and trim throughout.
