In this basement the laundry & utility room was turned into a guest bedroom. An unused area on the opposite side of the house was converted to a new luxurious laundry room with lots of storage & counter space with cubbies for rolling laundry baskets. A new tankless water heater was installed for greater efficiency and endless hot water supply for guests and a growing family. The final floor plan includes two bedrooms, a playroom, living room, laundry room, and bathroom.
