The unfinished attic space above the garage of this home was a perfect space to create a bright and airy primary bathroom. Prior to the remodel, the second floor of this home had two bedrooms that shared a very small bathroom that only had a shower. The features of the expanded space include vaulted ceilings, heated tile floors, a soaking tub, walk-in closet, and a washer and dryer.
