This unique project consisted of restoring a 1904 home to its original layout and highlighting its architectural roots. It had previously been converted to a duplex and remodeled many times in the last 120 years. Much of the home was in disrepair. Renovations included exterior and interior work to bring it back to its former beauty. Much thought was put into making sure the modern design complemented the historic character.
