This project was a complete remodel of the first floor with a small addition to the kitchen. We removed four structural walls on the main floor to create one great room. A large steel beam was used to carry the load of a previous second story addition. Custom stain on hemlock trim, built-ins and fireplace. Top nail White Oak floors in the living areas with salvaged Fir floors in the kitchen. Custom made vanity and dining table from salvaged studs removed during demo.
